On this episode, we attempted to talk to Marcus about his experience with his first D&D game and ended up going on a rant/review about Kingdom Death: Monster. You can listen to the episode here: www.therpgshow.com/blog/2015/12/9/sotia-wrap-up-kindgom-death-monster-reviewDo you all have much experience with miniatures games? Do you enjoy having Marcus on the show? Should we just stfu and get back to reviewing RPGs? Let us know below! As always, thanks for listening!

I think we had a good discussion with Marcus. Also I think we should do more board game reviews.

Tannhauser next?
Just so we have an excuse to play it again because it's been ages lmao
And dude I looked up some of the expansions for it the other day and extra characters are like 10 a pop. Shit's insane.

For Tanhauser? 10 a pop is pretty pricey but that game sort of suffers from lack of characters.

Well you only really need 5 to a team so it's not that big of an issue IMO.
For replayability and to change it up a little the extra characters would do wonders though.

Thats kind of my point. For replayability if you had more characters and had a strategical benefit to your character selections I would find the game wholely more enjoyable. As the game stands right now, Nazis have a "best in slot" and Allies have a "best in slot". Or at least it feels that way.
